I love my job. I work with brilliant people who create brilliant things. I then get to translate these fascinating and often highly complex concepts, products, and services into experiences and stories that connect with human beings. I love that.
I’m also inspired by great leaders as well as those I’m fortunate enough to teach. I aspire to nurture talent and community. And I never tire of learning new things.
Today as an Experience Design Lead, I deliver transformational experiences for IBM's clients. My current focus is helping Fortune 500 companies explore the computational paradigm shift quantum computing will usher in along with the likely significant changes it will mean for their industries. I also lead a team of designers for a national Telco client. Our charter is to identify and lead initiatives that transform the Customer and Employee Experiences across their Service Delivery organization.
